CANCELLATION POLICY
AN ADVANCED MINIMUM NOTICE OF 24 HOURS IS REQUIRED FOR ALL LESSON CANCELLATIONS 508-699-6083
At the instructors discretion a make-up lesson may be arranged. If a student fails to give proper notification the following steps will occur:
A. The student will be charged in full for the lesson missed. (see Advanced Deposit).
B. If no notification is given for two consecutive lessons immediate removal from the schedule will result, and the student will be billed for the missed lessons.
Payment of lesson fees:
Payment will be made directly to your instructor. Checks should be made payable to White's Music. Receipts are available if so desired.
Advanced Deposit:
Upon registration, each student is required to pay a one time deposit fee of one lesson. This fee will be held as a security deposit to ensure that no abuse of the instructor's time occurs. If such abuse does occur, the student upon taking their next lesson is required to re-pay the advanced deposit. This deposit will be applied to the student's final lesson.
Punctuality:
Every attempt should be made to be on time for your lesson. If you find you may be late please call and notify the instructor. If you are late, your lesson will end at the scheduled time so as not to keep other students waiting.
Effective October 1st, 2004 each student will be allowed 3 excused absences per quarter. Any additional absence will be considered unexcused, therefore the student would be responsible to pay for any and all unexcused lessons.

January 1-March 31 ** April 1-June 30 ** July 1-September 30 ** October 1-December 31
LESSON HOLIDAY CLOSINGS
No lessons scheduled for the following holidays:
New Years Day / Memorial Day / Independence Day / Labor Day / Thanksgiving Day / Christmas Day
Consistent lessons are essential for the progress of all students.
